NW MANUFACTURER SECURES CONTRACT FOR MAJOR GAS FIELD OPERATOR

Leading North West based emergency shower manufacturer, Showers & Eyebaths Services, has secured a £37,500.00 contract to supply emergency Tank Showers to the Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Oil Operations (ADCO).

The contract is for the supply of 7 Tank Showers with integral eye baths and sun canopies. All are destined for use on the new onshore rig based at the gas injection facility at the Asab Oilfield in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

The order was placed by Al Masaood Oil Industry Supplies & Services Co based in Abu Dhabi, a major supplier for the Adnoc Group of which ADCO is a part.

Janet Dickinson, operations manager at Showers & Eyebaths said: “Over the past 16 years we have built up a very strong relationship with Abu Dhabi Company because they find our company trustworthy and our products of the quality they demand. These specific tank showers are guaranteed to deliver 15 minutes of tepid water with the sun canopy ensuring the tank water does not overheat.

The emergency safety showers are from Showers & Eyebaths Services 1200 range of Tank Showers which have been developed to withstand the extremely hot conditions as found in areas such as the oil and gas fields of the Middle East and the sub-zero conditions experienced in areas such as the Russian Oil fields.
